Kayla Mullin, MA, LPC, AADC, PMH-C  is a graduate of Fairmont State University and Waynesburg University, where she specialized in Addictions Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the WV Board of Examiners in Counseling. In addition, she has also been named an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor by the West Virginia Certification Board for Addiction and Prevention Professionals.   She is only the second provider in the state of WV to be certified in Perinatal Mental Health.  Prior to opening Montani Mental Health, Kayla worked in juvenile justice, hospital, and private practice settings. 


Ryan Dallatore, MA, LPC a licensed professional counselor with several years of experience working with adolescents, and adults in office, home, school, and hospital settings. He has practiced as a therapist within the mental health field since 2013, and he has extensive experience working with teens suffering with issues relating to anxiety, depression, adjustment, aggression, and traumatic experiences. He offers a safe and fun environment where adolescents and adults can explore behaviors and work towards specific goals. He follows a strength-based philosophy which helps to build self-esteem through recognition of accomplishments, resilience, and personal value. Ryan understands life to be a collection of experiences which assist in the development of personal identity. For this reason, Ryan practices a holistic approach to therapy, which integrates the mental, emotional, social and ethical domains of life. 


Ginny Lemley, MA, LPC is a licensed professional counselor with several years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University and is licensed with the WV Board of Examiners in Counseling. She provides treatment for various issues such as, but not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anger, anxiety, adjustment, and social phobia. Ginny works with adolescents and adults using a person-centered approach, focusing on identifying existing strengths and helping clients build skills to meet their personal goals.


Jake Raymond, MA, LPC, NCC graduated from Waynesburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2009 and a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2011. Jake has been a Nationally Certified Counselor since 2011 and a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2013. Jake continued his training and education by attendance and completion of the James T. McLaughlin Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Training Program in 2016 and the Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Training program in 2018. Jake enjoys working with a diverse adult population with a wide set of presenting concerns including Mood, Anxiety, Thought, and Personality Disorders. The problems of meaning and fulfillment in oneself and one’s relationships is also of particular interest in his therapeutic work.  


Heather Sinnott, MA, LPC is a Nationally Board Certified therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Since graduating with her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Waynesburg University, she has gained vast experience in adult and adolescent addictions, residential facilities, as well as in other outpatient community agencies and private practice settings. She strives to meet each individual where they are in a non-judgmental and supportive fashion. Heather’s goal is to promote awareness as well as to assist you in building on your strengths in order to gain the personal growth and fulfillment that you are seeking.
